Profile Lee Mack was the presenter of the BBC One sporting quiz They Think It's All Over, taking over from Nick Hancock.

He has written and starred in ITV's The Sketch Show and also appeared in the American version.

Lee Mack also stars in the BBC sitcom Not Going Out.

Lee Mack is a resident captain of BBC1's Would I Lie To You?

Lee Mack's awards as a comedian include a Lafta award for Best Stand Up and a Time Out Award for Best Live Comedy.

Lee Mack told BBC Hampshire about how he started his comedy career:

"I used to go down to a local comedy club in Surbiton and they had a section in the middle called 'The Gong Show ..."

His big comedy breakthrough was winning the So You Think You're Funny stand-up competition at the Edinburgh Festival Fringe.

Before working in comedy, Lee Mack had a number of dead-end jobs including being a stable boy.
