Before making his television breakthrough, Leigh Francis was a graphic designer for four years.
Leigh Francis's various TV roles included being a host on Nickelodeon, and appearing in sketches on the Paramount Channel, as well as playing a character called Barry Gibson on Channel 4's Popworld.
However, it was with Channel Four's Bo' Selecta! that Leigh Francis built up a substantial following.
Leigh Francis has developed various personae with offshoot programmes such as Keith Lemon, Avid Merrion and The Bear.
In his guise as Keith Lemon, Leigh Francis has guest hosted several Big Brother's Big Mouth shows.
